BENJAMIN COMMITS TO LAKELAND

The Swift Current Innovation Federal Credit Union Wildcats are pleased to announce that grade twelve right winger, Kyla Benjamn, a product of Gull Lake has committed to attend school and play hockey for the Lakeland College Rustlers in 2025-2026.
Benjamin, in her third year with the Wildcats has played in 68 SFU18AAAHL games and has 10 goals, 18 assists and 28 penalty minutes. This season, in 7 league, exhibition and tournament games Benjamin has 4 assists, 4 penalty minutes and a +3 rating.
Benjamin plans on studying elementary education at Lakeland College. She will join five former Wildcat players currently playing for the Rustlers.
Lakeland College is located in Lloydminster, Alberta and the Rustlers play in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference.
