HENNIE COMMITS TO COUGARS

The Swift Current Innovation Federal Credit Union Wildcats are pleased to announce grade 12 defenseman, Rayna Hennie, a product of Weyburn has committed to attend school and play hockey at the University of Regina next season. Hennie has recently been names to the U18 Team Saskatchewan that will participate in the National U18 Female Championships in early November. Hennie is in her first season with the Wildcats after playing two seasons in Regina with the Rebels. Last season with the Rebels she hoisted the Esso Cup as part of the Rebels championship season.
In 76 career SFU18AAAHL games she has 4 goals, 12 assists and 48 penalty minutes. This season with the Wildcats, she has played 14 games and has 3 goals, 6 assists, 6 PIMS and is +1.
Hennie plays on studying nursing at the University of Regina.
